By engaging with the various movement and 'bodyfulness' practices I offer, you can reconnect (and stay connected) with the innate wisdom of your body, release the issues in your tissues, and experience a sense of deep fulfilment, so that your love and compassion overflows from your cup effortlessly. 

I am committed to wholistic wellness; this involves moving your physical body, while also moving your emotions, tickling your intelligence and expanding your spirit, all within a safe space with music, guided movement and art! Personal growth has never been so much fun! ;-)
